Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup milk
    2 tablespoons light corn syrup
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, sour cream, milk, and syrup in a heavy saucepan. Bring to boil, cover and cook for 3 minutes. Uncover and cook while stirring, until mixture reaches 230 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remover from heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
