Rhubarb Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. rhubarb
    2 qt. water
    1 small pkg. strawberry jello
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb and cook tender in water.
    Strain juice and add jello, sugar and lemon juice.
    Mix until dissolved and freeze. Thaw to slush and add ginger ale.
