Poultry Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. croutons or bread crumbs
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 sticks margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning to taste
    1 (46 oz.) can chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute the onions and celery in margarine.
    Add chicken broth and all ingredients (except croutons).
    Simmer for 10 minutes, then pour over croutons.
    (If mixture seems too dry, add a little milk.) Bake in a 9 x 13-inch uncovered pan for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
