Ice Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lime jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. pineapple (canned)
Preparation
    Empty jello into a quart bowl.
    Add boiling water to dissolve jello.
    Add ice cream.
    Stir gently until melted.
    Add cheese and drained pineapple.
    Mix evenly throughout.
    Refrigerate until jelled.
    Serve cold on lettuce leaf.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
