Ingredients
    1 or 2 large briskets of beef (do not used canned corned beef)
    3 large onions, cut in quarters
    8 large potatoes, cut in large chunks
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. bacon fat or pan drippings
    1/4 c. coarse black pepper
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. pure honey
Preparation
