Delicious Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 small onion
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Stew chicken until it falls off bone.
    Remove from bone and set aside.
    Use 2 cans of broth for simmering onion until tender.
    Mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups.
    Add margarine and blend together until smooth.
