Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 diced onion
1 Tbsp. garlic
12 oz. tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. noodles
2 eggs
12 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Brown meat; drain fat.
Add garlic, onion, salt, pepper, tomato paste and water.
Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
Cook noodles as directed.
Mix eggs in cottage cheese.
Spread part of sauce in dish, then layer of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese, then repeat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
