Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large can chili beans or kidney beans
    1 tsp. onion or more if desired
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chuck until almost done.
    Drain.
    Add tomato paste, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 6 ounces of water and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add chili powder.
    Put beans in cooker and simmer.
    Add meat mixture and simmer 15 minutes.
    Serve with crackers and shredded cheese.
