Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1/4 c. molasses
raisins and nuts (if wanted)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in very large bowl.
Add eggs, oil, buttermilk and molasses; mix and store in refrigerator overnight. Will keep six weeks.
Do not freeze dough.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
