Cheese Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion
buttery crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the broccoli according to package directions and drain. Combine remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter and mix with broccoli.
Place in a greased casserole.
Melt butter and stir in cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle buttery crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0.
Makes 12 servings.
