White Velvet Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    pinch of salt
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
Preparation
    Cream the margarine until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar, egg yolk and cream cheese which has been softened at room temperature. Beat until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and work until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
