Gingies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. molasses
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. cold water
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Thin, roll out, cut and bake 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
