Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. shredded hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. yellow Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Put into a greased casserole dish. Optional:
    Sprinkle top with corn flakes or potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Serves 8.
