Mexican Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium size potatoes, cooked, cooled and cut into medium slices
    1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    salt to taste
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 oz. jar pimento
    1 c. grated cheese or sliced cheese
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. half and half
Preparation
    Mix onions, pepper, pimento, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and half and half.
    Grease bottom and sides of a shallow baking dish. Alternate layers; potatoes, filling and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with sliced olives if desired.
    Serve warm.
