Shrimp In Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh or frozen peeled and deveined shrimp
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp if frozen.
    In a large skillet, heat margarine or butter over medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp and garlic.
    Cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
