No-Fail Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. warm water
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 to 1 c. dry milk
    1/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1/4 to 1 c. shortening
    4 tsp. salt
    2 to 4 eggs
    6 c. flour (white or whole wheat)
Preparation
    Place water, yeast, milk, sugar, shortening, eggs, salt and 6 cups flour in mixer bowl.
    Beat at low speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl from time to time.
    Pour over 6 1/2 to 7 cups flour and mix with spoon.
    Knead; let rise.
    Punch down and shape into 4 loaves.
    Rise again and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
