Poor Man'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soda crackers
    1 c. cold water
    3 lb. ground beef
    salt
    pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix crackers and water; let stand 20 minutes.
    Add meat, salt and pepper (to taste).
    Spread to 1/2-inch thick on cookie sheet; refrigerate overnight.
    Cut into squares; roll in flour and brown in skillet.
    Place in rectangular casserole dish.
    Cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
