Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    7 slices bread
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 1/4 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble well.
    Drain sausage on paper towel, set aside.
    Spread each side of bread with butter, cut into cubes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients. Beat well and pour over mixture in pan.
    Chill at least 8 hours. Remove from refrigerator and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 12 or 13.
