Acorn Squash Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cut squash in half; remove seeds.
    Put 1 tablespoon butter,
    1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in each squash half. Place squash, cut side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour water into dish and cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
    Serves 4.
