Baked Potatoes Filled With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Irish potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cooked peas
    1/2 c. cooked chopped carrots
    1/4 c. diced green peppers
    paprika
    3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and milk.
    Add salt, cheese, peas, carrots and peppers.
    Cut the potatoes lengthwise into halves.
    Remove the pulp without breaking the skin.
    Mash the pulp and add it to the vegetable mixture. Season with paprika.
    Fill the shells with mixture.
    Top with bread crumbs browned in butter.
    Place the potatoes in oven at 400\u00b0 until the tops are brown.
    Goes great with lamb chops or ham.
