Easy Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can pitted olives, sliced
    1 large carrot, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/2 chopped red sweet pepper
    1/2 bottle chopped artichoke hearts
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. or more shrimp or crab
    heavy sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
    10 oz. rainbow rotini
    1 bottle Italian dressing
    chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    Cook rotini until tender.
    Add carrots last minute or so of cooking.
    Cool; toss rest of ingredients in and pour dressing over.
    Toss again.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Add chopped basil as garnish.
