Veggie-Beef Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. red pepper strips
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 (7 oz.) can corn, drained
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    3 c. cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Season beef with salt and pepper.
    In a large skillet, over high heat, heat oil.
    Add beef and garlic to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, until beef is brown.
    Add pepper, mushrooms, zucchini, corn and onion.
    Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir in rice; heat through.
