Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo
1/4 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 to 5 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except popcorn and baking soda. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in baking soda.
Put popped popcorn in paper bag and pour syrup over.
Stir and shake.
Then put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove and shake.
Then put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes more.
Let cool in pan, then eat.
