Down Home Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in skillet and saute until brown.
    Add onions, celery, bell pepper and saute lightly.
    Add salt and pepper and water; bring to a boil.
    Add rice; stir in well.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let set for 5 minutes fluff with fork and serve.
