Celery Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a greased casserole dish and add salt and pepper.
    Combine the soup, milk, water and cheese together in a saucepan and heat until cheese is melted.
    Mix well with potatoes and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Cover for first part of cooking and then remove cover so it can brown.
