Apricot-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water in saucepan.
    Add cream cheese; stir over low flame until completely dissolved.
    Add crushed pineapple and cold water.
    Allow to set until quite firm.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Allow to set for several hours or overnight.
