Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Idaho potatoes
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    6 to 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. milk (approximately)
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Scoop potato out of shell when cool enough to handle.
    Discard shell.
    Leave potatoes chunky, do not mash.
    Add sour cream, chives, salt, pepper, 1/2 cheese and milk.
    Add enough milk to make mixture soft, but not soupy; mix ingredients lightly.
