Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) can minced clams
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 tsp. onion juice
few drips Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Drain juice from clams; add to softened cream cheese.
Add all other ingredients.
Heat mixture over boiling water and serve at once.
It is nice served in chafing dish.
Yields about 1 cupful.
