Pork Chops Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 1/3 c. brown rice
Preparation
    Cover bottom of 8 x 13-inch dish with uncooked rice.
    Combine soup and water.
    Pour over rice; salt and pepper pork chops and lay on top of rice.
    Bake covered at 300\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
