Oat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rolled oats *
    3 c. white flour (I use King Arthur)
    1 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine rolled oats, flour, sugar, salt and soda.
    Work in margarine as if in pastry.
    Moisten with water.
    Roll them with rolled oats on board.
    I use cookie cutter for holidays or squares or circles for every day.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
