Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 envelope Lawry's spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown meat slowly.
Pour off excess fat.
Add next 3 ingredients.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Place half the noodles in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
Cover with 1/3 of the sauce.
Add half the Mozzarella and half the cottage cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until it bubbles. Let stand 15 minutes to set.
Cut into squares.
