Masi Goring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 large onions
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1/3 c. celery leaves
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
Preparation
    Cook rice; cool or chill.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add beef and rice; brown lightly.
    Add celery leaves, seasonings and shrimp.
    Cook only long enough to heat.
