Yummy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped apples
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream oil and sugar; add beaten eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with apples.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Mix. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Egg White Frosting recommended.
