Beat 'N Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, unbeaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 can Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in a small deep bowl.
    Add boiling water and beat until stiff peaks.
    Spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
    Spread with coconut.
    It makes 3 cups. Also good without the coconut and good base for decorating.
