Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Butter dish.
    Place hash browns in buttered dish.
    Mix sour cream, onion, 3/4 cup butter, salt, pepper, cheese and soup.
    Pour over hash browns.
    Sprinkle corn flakes on top and pour 1/4 cup butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
