Parsley-Lemon Splash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-type mustard
    parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whisk all ingredients together.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Ready to serve.
