Chocolate Chip Nut Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. fat-free oil (Puritan)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1 to 2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Add dry ingredients alternately with water.
    Stir in chocolate chips and pecan pieces.
    Pour into two well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan to cool.
