Bread Stuffing For Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
12 c. stale bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. parsley, chopped fine
1/4 c. celery leaves, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. hot water
Preparation

Put 1/2 cup butter in a heavy frying pan.
Add onions and cook over low heat until soft.
Do not brown.
Mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, parsley and celery leaves.
Add onions and moisten with balance of butter melted in hot water.
Mix thoroughly and stuff the bird.
