Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco mix (1 1/4 oz.)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, diced
1 c. Monterey Jack or Colby cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; drain.
Stir in taco mix.
Spread in pie plate and top with green chilies.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
