Chicken Breasts Stuffed With Crab - cooking recipe

1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. crabmeat
6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. white wine
2 tsp. flour
Preparation

Place chicken breasts between wax paper; pound gently with mallet until 1/4-inch thick.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.
Blend 2 teaspoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper and milk.
Cook, stirring, until smooth.
Add crab, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
Spread mixture over chicken breasts.
Roll up tightly; secure with skewers.
