Plain Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    3 unbeaten eggs
    1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Makes layers or sheet cake.
