Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. raw oysters with liquid
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 qt. milk
paprika
butter or margarine
oyster crackers
Preparation

Heat butter until sizzling.
Add oysters, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat only until edges of oysters curl slightly.
Add milk and heat quickly but do not boil. Serve with a dash of paprika and a lump of butter in each bowl. Makes 4 servings.
