Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1(No. 303) can fruit cocktail and juice
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Mix with spoon the sugar, fruit cocktail and juice, eggs, flour, soda and salt.
    Pour into greased 8 x 12-inch pan and sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. While cake is still hot, ice.
