Country Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.), cut into bite size chunks
    1 lb. hot or mild Italian sausage links, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 broiler-fryer chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
    4 medium green or red peppers, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large onion, quartered and separated into pieces
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
Preparation
    About 1 Hour Before Serving:
    In a large open roasting pan, mix potatoes, sausage links and salad oil. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
