Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    2 Tbsp margarine, melted
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 can tomatoes, undrained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp dried basil leaves
    1 tsp dried oregano leaves
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 egg
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1-1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1-1/2 cups cooked rice
Preparation
    In a glass pan, put 4 to 6 pork chops or chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little garlic, dried onion chips, a little Mrs. Dash. Turn over meat and be sure all is seasoned. Pour in one can cream of mushroom soup and a little water to mix. Cook in oven at 350 or 375 until done or brown if you like.
