Muffin Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted self-rising corn meal
    1 egg
    buttermilk (enough to make batter thin enough to pour into baking pan)
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grease pan and put in oven to get hot before you put the
    corn bread in.
    Cook in iron skillet at 400\u00b0 in oven.
