Bread Or Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Rapid Rise yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar added. Pour milk in microwave container with salt.
    Heat to scalding. Add sugar and oil.
    Cool and add yeast mixture.
    Add enough flour for a stiff dough.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Make into rolls by pinching off pieces of dough and making into rolls. Place in greased pan and let rise again until double in size. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
