Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. water
3 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat egg whites and water.
Stir in pecans to coat.
Mix all other ingredients and sprinkle over pecans, mixing well.
Spread pecans on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Stir twice during baking time to crisp and dry pecans.
