Low Calorie Dill Garden Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated carrots
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
dash of pepper
Preparation

Blend cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to blend flavors for an hour or two.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
