German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes (2 lb.)
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
dash of pepper
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation

In a covered saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling, salted water for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender; drain well.
Peel and slice potatoes.
